Support Packages

First Tier, Helpdesk Support

Telephone or email support for stable software. Standard installation and use of the software are supported. Extensions or integration with non-supported applications are not supported.
All issues are investigated within four working hours. The majority of issues are resolved within 1 working day. Issues which require negotiation with package developers take longer and we aim to resolve these issues within 3 working days. (The working week is based on AEST).

This support is offered as a monthly or annual service.

Contracts
This may include:

• Installing and configuring software
• Tailoring software or adding functionality
• Consulting

This service is available at a daily rate or as a fixed price contract.

Second Tier Support
Terrapages developers are core maintainers of some Open Source Geospatial projects and can answer difficult customer questions. This support product is targeted at First Tier Support companies who want backing from the experts.
This product offers email support for stable releases of supported software. All issues are investigated within 1 working day, the majority resolved within 1 day. We aim to resolve all issues within 2 working days.
This product is sold as 10 hours support, to be called upon over a one year period. A minimum charge period is 30 minutes.

Geospatial Hosting

Terrapages hosts fast map layers reliably and cost effectively. Access Australian maps, specialty maps like demographic drapes or we can host your maps.

WMS, WMS-C, WFS-T
We use WMS for slow volumes, WMS-C TileCache for fast scalable solutions, WFS and WFS-T for vector queries.

Geocoding & Address Scrubbing
Terrapages offer Geocoding and Address Scrubbing to clean databases, or as a lookup service.
