TerraAddressHelper

TerraAddress Helper is a web service that can be used to ensure that only valid Australian addresses are entered by users. Collecting valid addresses from consumers is crucial for many organisations and business processes, but assembling and maintaining a database of valid addresses is a challenging and expensive venture. To overcome these problems and provide a definitive national address file, PSMA developed G-NAF, a database containing all the government recognised addresses in Australia, along with their corresponding geographical positions. TerraAddress Helper is intended to be an easy to use, web based address selection tool that is underpinned by the G-NAF dataset. TerraAddress Helper offers a wizard-like interactive data entry form (which guarantees the entry of a valid address) that can be easily integrated into web based applications.
